Free trial, plans and seats

How the 14-day trial works, the plans and add-ons, and the two kinds of seat.
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of every module, with no card needed. During the trial the workspace holds up to 5 full users and 10 attendance staff. There is no free plan: before the trial ends the Owner chooses a plan on the Billing screen (Subscription in the side menu opens it). A trial is given once per company, person and email address.
Plans and add-ons
- Base: lead management, pipeline, team and roles, reports and WhatsApp, with 3 full users included.
- Add-ons for Base: Attendance (attendance, leave and shifts, with 10 attendance staff included), Marketing (email campaigns, web forms, the website chatbot and CRM Dost AI, with 2,000 contacts and 10 thousand emails a month) and Property (listings and your public property website).
- All-in-one: every module, with 5 full users, 10 attendance staff, and the Marketing contacts and emails included. Add-ons are already in it.
- Enterprise: for 100+ users or special needs. Talk to sales; there is no online checkout.
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly. A yearly price is shown per month and charged once for the 12 months. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Seats
- A full user can be given any role. An attendance staff seat is for people who only mark attendance and apply for leave, and exists only with Attendance or All-in-one.
- Extra full users, extra attendance staff and extra contact packs are bought on the plan screen under Billing.
- Pending invites count against your seats, and the Owner is always a full user. Seats cannot be lowered below the number in use: remove members first.
Every member can open Billing to see the plan and its status, but only the Owner can choose, pay for or change it. In the iOS app, plans are managed on the web: Billing there shows the status and invoices.
