Cancel or change a plan

Adding and removing modules and seats, cancelling, and what happens when a payment is missed.

The Owner changes the plan on the Billing screen (Subscription in the side menu opens it). In the iOS app this is done on the web; the app says where.

Changing your plan

  • Adding a module or seats works at once, and you pay only for the rest of the current billing period.
  • Removing a module or seats takes effect at the next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then. Until that renewal the change can be undone.
  • Switching between monthly and yearly billing also takes effect at the next renewal.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing. The workspace keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and Resume undoes the cancellation before then. Once the period ends the plan expires: the Owner sees a screen to pay, and everyone else a message to contact the Owner.

A missed or failed payment

When a renewal payment fails or is missed, or a trial ends without a plan, the workspace gets 7 days of grace. Everything keeps working, the Owner sees a Pay now banner and is reminded by email, and everyone else sees that a payment is due. If nothing is paid by the end of the grace, the plan expires as above.

  • Your data is kept while a plan has expired, and paying again brings everything back.
  • Web forms, the website chatbot and property enquiries keep adding leads in every state, so no enquiry is lost.
