1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a CRM Dost workspace, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly per the pricing shown at checkout. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use CRM Dost to send unsolicited bulk messages, store unlawfully obtained data, or attempt to breach platform security.

4. Data ownership

You own all data you enter into your workspace (leads, attendance, listings). We act only as a processor of that data.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime and will notify you of planned maintenance in advance via the status page.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime from billing settings. We may suspend accounts that violate acceptable use after written notice.
