Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), workspace data you enter (leads, attendance records, property listings), and device/location data when you use GPS check-in.

2. How we use it

To operate the CRM, power features like attendance geofencing and lead assignment, and to send you service-related communication.

3. Location data

GPS coordinates are only captured at the moment of check-in/check-out and are visible to your workspace admins for attendance verification.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with sub-processors that power the service (hosting, WhatsApp Business API) under confidentiality agreements.

5. Data retention

Workspace data is retained for the duration of your subscription and 90 days after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@crmdost.com.
