What happens when credits run out?
AI drafts, AI forms and AI chatbot replies stop until credits are added, and the Owner is told by email and in the app. Everything else in CRM Dost keeps working as usual.
Can I control who uses it?
Yes. Owners switch AI on or off for the whole company and for each feature, choose which people may use it, and set a daily or monthly credit budget for each person.
Does it send anything on its own?
An AI email is only a draft: nothing leaves until someone presses Send. A chatbot with Auto reply switched on answers visitors by itself, and can pause itself for a chat as soon as one of your team replies.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Only what a feature needs for that request is sent to our AI provider, whose API terms prohibit training on it, and CRMDost AI never receives anything from your Gmail or Google Workspace account. The Privacy Policy has the details.
